노예 생활 청산.

부모를 원망하고 

부모를 탓하면

당신은 부모의 노예가 되어 있는 것이다.

 

아주 오랜 세월 동안

나는 노예 생활을 했다,

 

노예 생활의 청산을 목숨 걸고 결심했다.

목숨을 건다고 표현한 건,

사실 

죽을지도 모른다는 생각이 들기 때문이다,

그만큼 막막하기 때문이다,

 

인생 전부를 과거를 원망하고

누군가를 죽이고 싶었고,

그렇게 내 어린 시절 나의 뇌를 망가뜨린

가장 가까웠던 어른인 부모와

오빠, 교회 

내 인생은 그 과거를 벗어나기 위한 몸부림이었다고 해도 과언이 아니다,

 

"과거를 벗어나기 위한" 몸부림은

나를 과거에 더욱 종속시켰다,

 

난 그 노예의 생활을 청산했다,

그리고 막막하다,

죽을 것 같이 두려운 마음도 든다,

사실 언제나 죽고 싶었다, 

 

하지만 지금 나는 여기 멀쩡히 살아 숨을 쉬고

떠오르는 해를 본다,

 

노예생활 청산이 거창한 게 아니다,

앞으로의 거창한 꿈을 상상하며 난 이제 이렇게 할거야!

가 아니다,

앞으로는 없다,

과거가 없다면 미래도 없다,

오로지 지금 이 순간, 여기.

 

지금 여기에서 노예생활을 청산하면 그만이다,

노예생활을 청산하기 "위해" 무언가를 이루어야 돼!!!! 

아마 내가 그런 식으로 평생을 살았던 거 같다,

 

인터넷에 돌아다니는 온갖 것들은

넌 이걸 해야 돼! 이렇게 해야 돼! 저렇게 해야 돼! 

지금 그러면 안돼! 하는 것들로 우리의 마음을 옥죄어 오는데, 더욱 노예생활로 가두는데,

 

해야 될 건 아무 것도 없다. 

 

왜냐고?

당신이 전부니까,

당신은 모든 걸 알고 있고

당신은 사실 모든 걸 느끼고 있고,

힘은 당신에게 있고

정답도 당신이고,

힘도 당신이고,

 

당신은,

 

당신은 전부니까. 

 

 

 

Resenting parents and blaming them means

you become a slave to your parents.

For a very long time,

I lived a life of slavery,

I staked my life to settle the scores of that life of slavery.

The expression "staking my life" is used because,

in reality,

I felt like I might die,

that's how daunting it was,

Throughout my entire life, I resented the past,

wanted to kill someone,

the closest adults who damaged my young mind,

my parents, brother, church,

my life was a struggle to break free from that past,

"Struggling to break free from the past" only made me more bound to the past,

I settled the life of a slave,

that's why it feels daunting now,

I feel a fear as if I might die,

truthfully, I always wanted to die,

But now, I am here, alive and breathing,

seeing the rising sun,

Settling the life of a slave is not grandiose,

imagining grand dreams for the future,

I won't be like this now!

it's not like that,

There is no future without the past,

only this moment, right here,

Now, settling the life of a slave is enough,

to settle the life of a slave, you have to achieve something "for" it!

Perhaps, I lived my entire life that way,

All sorts of things circulating on the internet say,

You have to do this! You have to do it like this! You can't do it like that now!

They squeeze our hearts with things like that, trapping us more in a life of slavery,

There is nothing you have to do.

Why?

Because you are everything,

You know everything,

You actually feel everything,

Strength is within you,

You are the answer,

Strength is also within you,

Because you are everything.
